I am a full time electronics design engineer and an enthusiastic part time photographer.

These pages represent my more recent output, from 1998-2008. The earlier work is shot on Nikon cameras and scanned

from Fuji Provia and Velvia transparency film. The later work comes from a variety of digital cameras.

Take time to have a wander around the galleries. The image descriptions have to be terse of necessity in order to fit the page layout, however there is usually a story behind each picture.

If you have a comment you can email me at pete at snaar do co dot uk

If you are interested in Olympus digital SLRs, then I recommend the UK E-group forum. You will find my presence there under the name Snaarman :-)

You will find these monitor calibration patches prom place to place. To get the best from these images adjust your monitor so you can see

the six smaller rectangles in the black and white areas.

Our analogue Pictures use: Sensia, Provia100F, Ilford Delta 100 or HP5 in Nikon FE2 Nikon EM, or FED50 cameras
Our digital pictures use: Fuji S2, 2800, S602, Olympus C-8080 and E-400 cameras

I use Adobe Camera Raw (tm) to import raw files from the Olympus to Photoshop Elements (tm)

These Galleries were created using XnView - which I thoroughly recommend.
